below please contact the camp. We appreciate your
support. Without the faithful gifts of our donors the
camp could not continue to minister effectively to
children, youth and adults in guiding them to the Lord.
Some projects are quite substantial...others much
smaller, but all are very important in contributing to
our program to reach more campers for Christ.
Miscellaneous
Projects for 2008
1. A new UTV vehicle to assist with the running of
the camp. This type of vehicle is
necessary because our current Gator is 18 years old and on
its last leg. - Cost - $9,000.
2. Kitchen Aid stand mixer (Bowl Lift) Pro 600 -
$400.00
3. Replace a dozen of the oldest cabin mattresses
- $85.00 each
4. Desk top computer for Lee's office - $1,200.00
5. Steam jacketed soup kettle for large kitchen -
$1,500.00 used
6. Gas log fireplace insert for chapel - $1,000.00
7 . Replace the gas heater in the girls cabin 3 -
$800 to $1,000
Program Projects
1. New tennis posts for the outside tennis court
- $150
2. Adjustable
basketball goal for outside court - $1,500.00
3. Replace the
oldest bus $1,500.00
4. Trailer for the kayaks and extra canoes - Trailer @ $1,500

Dream Projects for the Future
1. Build a porch on the director's house -
$2,500.00
2. Build an Adirondack (deluxe log lean-to) for the
cabin areas - $6,000
3. Add a backhoe attachment to the skid loader -

4. Tile or
refinish the cabin floor - 8 cabins x $500 each
5. Buy a Full size bed in each cabin for family retreats
- $800.00 each
6. Replace the metal bunk beds in the cabins with
wood beds -
$500.00 each
7. Install a window in the back wall of the eight cabins -
$400.00 each
8. *Add another family/staff cabins in the
camp ground - $23,000.00*

*As approved
at the January 2004 camp board meeting, the camp will
pursue the purchase and installation of family/staff cabins as
the donated funds become available. These cabins would also be
available for family retreats. these cabins would be equipped with a full
bathroom facility and would be placed in the current
camping circle. So
far, 3 cabins have been donated and installed. An
office/security cabin
was donated and placed in the camping circle at the end of 2004. We are very
thankful for these substantial gifts.
